Level 4 Designation Means High-Quality Care – and Hope – for Epilepsy Patients

An estimated three million Americans are coping with epilepsy, with approximately 200,000 diagnosed with the neurological disorder every year. But only a few hundred providers across the United States are officially designated as Level 3 and 4 epilepsy centers.

Memorial Neuroscience Institute is one of them – earning the highest possible Level 4 recognition from the National Association of Epilepsy Centers (NAEC).

Level 4 recognition means that Memorial Neuroscience Institute offers more comprehensive treatment of complex forms of epilepsy, including specialized services such as:

  • Intensive neurodiagnostics monitoring, which offers real-time monitoring of brain waves for accurate diagnoses
  • Medical, surgical and neuromodulation stimulation therapy for patients with intractable epilepsy
With our advanced technologies and highly specialized staff, Memorial Neuroscience Institute is setting the standard for providing precision diagnoses and quality care for epileptic patients looking to live full and rewarding lives.
